TONGDA has complete manufacturing lines for aluminum extrusion profiles, We carry out R&D, mould design, casting, extruding, 

surface treatment (powder coating, wooden grain, anodizing, electrophoresis coating, and PVDF), thermal break profiles 

processing, further machining of windows,doors and curtain walls. The aluminium profiles are widely used in industrial fields and 

construction fields, ourannual capability is above 100,000 tons.

Fusion and Casting line

There are fusion furnaces, fomogenizing gas funaces and cooling system for the casting of fine billets in our company, we use thermal 

energy storage and regeneration combustion system, which has low energy consumption and short combustion cycle , as the advanced

equipment for applying  to the energy saving policy, this new system greatly lowers the manufacturing cost and improves the efficiency.

we only use A00 pure aluminium ingots as raw materials and never use the waste aluminium from outside in our workshop, as we must 

promise the extrusions quality to all of our customers. Our annual capability for producing the fine billets are about 100,000 tons

Extruding Lines

We have over 30 well-equipped extruding lines with dimension ranging from 400-5000 tonnages, air cooled, water quenching and automatic

traction equipment of high performance. The extrusions are widely used in industrial and construction filed. 

Powder coating Workshop

We have two vertical powder coating lines and two horizontal lines, in this workshop we make the profiles with powder coating finish 

and wooden grain finish,  which are strictly performed to the national standard, EU standard and American standard as per 

customers’requirement.

Anodizing Workshop

We have one vertical anodizing line and one horizontal anodizing line,  making the surface treatment of anodize and electrophoresis coating,           we follow international standard to make the anodized finish, the max. anodized layer thickness can be 20 microns.

Thermal-break Workshop

In order to have good insulation to heat, temperature and sound for buildings, thermal break profiles means high grade and ECO green 

energy products for windows, doors and curtain walls & facades.

Packaging Workshop

With over 17 years of good experience of exporting, we have different  packing ways to the customers from different countries, all packing way 

are in good protection.
