TONGDA  has been working for Aluminium extrusion products over 17 years,  We integrate R&D, manufacturing and marketing for aluminium extrusion profiles, which can be used for windows, doors, facades, fences, railings, shutters and industrial fields, and also we do a lot of fabrication works on finished aluminium extrusion products.  

The surface treatment on aluminium profiles we have powder coating, anodizing, electrophoresis, PVDF, mechanical polish, brush-polish, the aluminium alloy we use are 6063, 6060, 6463,  6061,6005,6005A, 6082 …etc (almost all 6000 series),  which concentrated in the sectors of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, facades, partitions, handrails, balustrades, fences, wardrobe, furniture, heat sinks, louvers, shutters, cladding systems, tents...

Our production has more than 30 sets of extrusion presses, two vertical and two horizontal powder coating lines, two anodizing lines, we also have fabrication production base for finished windows, doors, curtain walls,  and other fabricated products need cutting, punching, milling, CNC machining, welding, assembly, etc… our annual production capacity is above 100,000 tons.

We provide qualified profiles meet or exceed international standards, such as ISO9001, EN-755,BS1474, ABS, ASTM, GB5231, GB5237, CE…etc related to European standards, USA standards and GB standards.  We have been exporting our products to Europe, South of America, USA, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia，Africa… etc., more than 80 countries. 50% of our products are for overseas market.
